The project began with a fifty‑year‑old home whose owner wished to preserve the integrity of the original structure, setting the foundation for a careful balance between restoration and renewal. Addressing structural deformation required a full reinforcement strategy, while limited ceiling heights shaped a discreet integration of the air‑conditioning system. The reimagined plan expanded from three to five bedrooms with full bathrooms, bringing new life to the property while honoring its historic character.
